Agenda Items Will Include:

• Introduction of Coaches and Board; and general organization of Northampton Youth and Community Rowing, Inc.
• Coaches' Overview; Roles, crew background, practice and regatta expectations
• Regatta information and planning: these events can be challenging and mysterious even for experienced parents. We hope to talk about the peculiarities of each venue and think about how advanced planning might help with any necessary arrangements.
• Volunteer Staffing for all fall regattas: we are hoping to clarify needs and responsibilities and schedule volunteer positions for the season in order to avoid any confusion and last minute chaos.
• Committees and Fundraising: we know. No one wants to talk about it, think about it, or especially do it. Unfortunately, rowing is a very expensive operation and we receive no outside support, so we have to do our best to raise money during the season.
